Gluconacetobacter Diazotrophicus
Endophytic nitrogen-fixing bacterium that colonizes internal plant tissues (xylem/apoplast), converting atmospheric N₂ into plant-available nitrogen. Produces growth hormones, solubilizes P and Zn, enhances root development and drought tolerance—especially effective in sugarcane, rice, and cereals.
To be used within 4 weeks. Available in 250 g and 10 L jugs.
Gluconacetobacter diazotrophicus is an endophytic, nitrogen-fixing bacterium that colonizes plant tissues internally—delivering nitrogen directly to roots and shoots without forming nodules. Originally discovered in sugarcane, it supplies up to 70% of a crop’s nitrogen demand, significantly reducing synthetic fertilizer needs. It also promotes growth through phytohormone production, phosphate and zinc solubilization, and enhanced stress tolerance.
